The basic web design package includes:

» 16–24 pages of static content, which includes text, images, and publicly downloadable content such as .pdfs or other files (secure downloads available at additional cost). Text and images to be provided by the client.

» 50 unique email addresses using your domain
» Access to comprehensive site traffic reports
» Search engine friendly sites are submitted to major search engines upon completion
» Monkeyhouse maintains a back-up of your site, and your site is hosted with a Tier 1 provider with 24/7 access
» Rights release: basic site design is released to client upon final payment. This includes:
—Any html, graphic, and css files.
—Source code for custom programming is released with certain restrictions.
E-Commerce Website Package
This includes everything in the Basic Web Design Package (above) and in addition:
» Custom designed secure shopping cart with a searchable database of unlimited number of products. (Price includes data entry for up to 50 products. Price quote for additional product data entry available upon request. Size of product database limited by size of hosting package).
» Assistance to obtain an SSL certificate and an internet merchant account. Costs of SSL certificate, payment gateway, and merchant account not included. (Costs vary).

This includes everything in the Basic Web Design Package (above) and in addition:
» Database driven website—content for pages is generated dynamically.
» Custom administrative interface for client to handle specific aspects of site (such as updating or adding any type of content without programming knowledge, for example with a calendar or content management system).
»This type of site includes highly interactive content to engage your visitors.
Design Process
The web design process is divided into three phases:
Phase 1
Organizing the information and developing a site map and a basic layout for the site. Generation of the "overall look" of the site.
Phase 2
Entered when a final design is approved from Phase 1. Programming and building the site in html.
Phase 3
Filling out the peripheral pages with text and photo information. Final refinement and upload of site.
Phase 4: Custom Programmed and E-commerce sites only
Note that custom programmed and E-commerce sites have 4 phases, the additional final phase being data entry and testing, and financial institution integration when applicable.
Notes
Website content, including text, logos, and photography or other imagery to be provided by the client. Monkeyhouse can provide copy-writing or photography services at an additional cost.

Annual Maintenance Package
Renewed yearly, provides up to 8 hours of minor text and image edits per year (does not include website redesign). Larger plans available for higher usage.
